Tithing is about putting God first in your
life.
Several church members have expressed
interest in making contributions to the
church “on-line.” This automated
process is appealing to members who forget
their checkbooks or to those who want to
make a contribution if they are working, on
vacation or otherwise unable to attend
services. Once members set their
contribution schedule they don’t have to
write checks, locate the offering envelopes,
or keep up with missed weeks. If
you are interested in making contributions

Financial

The House of the Lord gladly accepts
financial donations designated for our
Benevolence
Ministry.
The purpose
of our Benevolence Ministry is to assist
individuals and families in situations of
severe financial stress due to loss of
shelter, inadequate food supply, inadequate
transportation, and emergency medical
needs. In addition, the Benevolence
Ministry of The House of the Lord seeks to
serve individuals or families with care,
prayer, assessment and referral services in
order to address their financial, spiritual,
emotional, and relational needs in times of
crisis.

Donations are used for emergency support of
members and community needs as are
appropriate.

Donations are used for scholarships to our
Ministry events for men, women, youth, and
families who may not be able to afford the
event otherwise.

Food Donations in the form of canned and non-perishable goods may be
dropped off at either the church office or our Clothing Closet.

Clothing -
All coat donations may be dropped off at either the church office or our
Clothing Closet.

Toiletries and Baby Items
-
Unopened toiletries and baby items, such as diapers and wipes, etc., may
be donated by dropping them off at the church office or our Clothing Closet.
Your thoughts, prayers, partnership, and gifts are
welcome and appreciated.
