Born and raised in Akron, Ohio. Married to Iris for over 25 years and a father of two adult children—son, Adonis (Alana and two granddaughters, Avaya and Annalise) and daughter, Cheree. Deacon Bell worked for Akron City Hospital in the Pathology Department and Outpatient Laboratory for nearly 25 years before accepting a full time position in the Maintenance Department at The House of the Lord.

Areas of responsibility include assist in the oversight of building usage, scheduling, safety, security, and physical campus maintenance and upkeep.

Enjoys family time, coaching baseball, and watching sports – GO BROWNS!!
