Pastor Pat Butler is a staff member of The House of the Lord in Akron, OH and serves as Office Manager, Events Coordinator and Executive Assistant to Bishop F. Josephus Johnson II. She was appointed to office of Elder in 2005 by Bishop Johnson and currently serves on the Executive Board of THOTL. In 2006, Elder Pat was appointed to the role of Chief Adjutant to Bishop Johnson.

Pastor Pat has been under the tutelage of Bishop Johnson since joining the church in 1983. During this time, she has served in many ministry capacities such as a Sunday School Teacher (Women in the Word; Women Designed by God; Women of Diagonal Road; Junior/Senior High School Classes and others), Information Booth; Intercessory Prayer Warrior, Member of the WWTIC Choir and Adult Choir; Member of 3rd Day Ministry; and Admission Officer for Logos Bible Institute.

Pastor Pat currently oversees the following ministries: Ushers; Greeters; Around the House Newsletter; Photography; Information Booth; Special Events; Marketing; and Job Posting.

Pastor Pat worked in corporate America for 35 years before retiring in 2004 and joining the staff of THOTL. During those 35 years Pastor Pat’s education and training in administration, has contributed to the advancements and opportunities afforded her in work experience. By faith, she faced the challenges and obstacles that confronted her during her years of employment and by God’s grace achieved the objective and at times surpassed expectations above and beyond the goals.

Pastor Pat has the gift of administration and has enjoyed facilitating workshops on office administration, time management, and volunteerism.

Pastor Pat is a mother, grandmother, sister, niece and aunt to her family and dedicated and devoted to her friends and most importantly, she is a daughter of the Most High God, whom she serves and loves.
